The long-awaited return from international is upon us when Chelsea and Leicester kick off at 12.30. We have a high scoring game on the cards here, as Chelsea are expected to dominate the game, but are very vulnerable to counter-attacks.
Antonio Conte wants to play the 3-5-2, and now he can do it with John Terry back in contention. The problem is, the back-three of John Terry-Gary Cahill-David Luiz isn’t exactly Andrea Barzagli-Giorgio Chiellini-Leonardo Bonucci he got used to in Juventus. Especially Gary Cahill is a shadow of his old self, and the aging Terry has lost a step. Luiz isn’t Fort Knox in the own end either.
his will suit Jamie Vardy and the company. Leicester are known for their quick counters and Chelsea are very vulnerable to them. The addition of Islam Slimani up front seems a smooth move by Claudio Ranieri as the Algerian has quickly sparked Leicester attack.
Neither have major injury concerns. Conte would like to have Kurt Zouma back, but the key man is still out with a long-term ailment. Ranieri is confident the midfield key man Danny Drinkwater and Shinji Okazaki will shake off their slight knocks by Saturday.
We like the over 2.5 goals here, but the best play of the game is both teams scoring at 8/11 over in Betbubbles.com.
