General Comments:
This has become the backbone of my rig. I don't use many effects so this powerhouse little pedal is more than all I need. The modeling is fairly realistic, and is much cheaper than actually buying a Marshall Stack. It's so compact, It can fit in just about any amp back. The sounds this little thing musters are incredible. I've never used single pedals, and I feel I don't need to with my RP100.

What do you especially like about this product?
It's really helped me to develop a few tones that I stick with consistently, both live and in the studio. This provided many moments of inspiration.

What do you dislike about this product?
It is almost unnoticeable, but there is an octave shift in tone as the signal passes between pedal and amplifier. But, unless you're sitting right in front of this thing, you are not going to detect it. It's pretty much superficial.

Wow! Awesome guitar. Beautiful sound. Open chords ring! Easy action. Fun and easy on-board electronics. I'm not a pro, but I am having a ton of fun with this guitar!

What do you especially like about this product?
I chose the Grand Concert size body because I liked the personal, comfortable fit and I don't need huge volume to play to an audience. If you don't want to get your arms around a large acoustic guitar, check out the Grand Concert models from Taylor.

What do you dislike about this product?
Haven't found anything yet! I do have to re-wet the humidifier every week, but it's no worse than watering a plant.

Haven't had to use Customer Support, but they publish a newsletter and have a great web site.
