General thoughts on this lesson:
I am a beginner and this exercise has been great so far in helping with string
skipping. I am still not fluent and certainly not up to the recommended speed
but it provides a nice workout and I intend to keep with it until I am.

What was the best part about this lesson:
Simple to understand.
